Kiefer has announced a brand new run of fall North American tour dates that will kick off on October 1 following the debut of Over The Breaks, a new festival curated by the pianist/producer that will take place at the Lodge Room in Los Angeles on September 18-19 featuring a line-up that includes GENA (Karriem Riggins + Liv.e), CARRTOONS, Luke Titus, Shibo, and more. Ticket pre-sales for the October tour begin this Wednesday June 24 with a general on-sale this Friday June 26 at 10am local time. Find more info at kiefermusic.com.
Kiefer has signed with Blue Note Records and will release his debut solo album for the legendary jazz label this Fall. The pianist is also part of the new collaborative project FATHERS due out July 10 on Blue Note featuring a collective comprised of Kiefer, bassist CARRTOONS, drummer Nate Smith, and producer Kenneth Blume (aka Kenny Beats).
